Retreats blend writing, yoga, meditation, self-reflection and creative expression. We laugh, share food and get vulnerable. With a focus on intentional living, we’ll archive/sort memories, release limiting beliefs and align energy to serve new priorities

Led by Trauma Yoga Therapist Jennifer Hollister and Career Coach/Author Tami Palmer, you will find yourself renewed, revitalized and recharged, ready to face your life with a stronger sense of self.

FALL RETREAT

Join Tami, Jennifer and a small group of women along the shores of Lake Michigan. Fall is a great time for shedding what no longer serves us and inviting in new energy.

WHO |Any woman looking for a spiritually oriented creativity retreat.

WHAT | Solo and facilitated creative time, daily yoga, walks on the dunes, vision boards, games, coffee and tea and laughter (and no laundry, no errands!).  It’s like camp for adults.

WHERE |  Michigan City, IN. An easy drive from either Chicago airport. Carpooling options available.

WHEN | Thursday late afternoon October 13 –  Sunday morning, October 16th. Optional pre-retreat Wed. night stay available.

COST | Prices start at $800 and include accommodations, food, yoga and all activities
